كما بحث الصالح، في لقاء منفصل، مع تانيا لوهمان، رئيسة المشاريع الخاصة بسوريا لدى الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي، تعزيز التعاون الفني والتقني في مجالات الاستجابة للطوارئ وإعادة الإعمار، خاصة في ما يتعلق بالألغام والزلازل.
وأكد الوزير أهمية إطلاق المركز الوطني للألغام باعتباره أولوية وطنية لحماية الأرواح وضمان بيئة آمنة للتنمية، مشدداً على دعم برامج الإنذار المبكر وتطوير مراكز رصد الزلازل.
من جانبها، أكدت لوهمان استعداد الوكالة الألمانية لتقديم الدعم الفني اللازم، واتفق الجانبان على عقد اجتماعات تقنية بين الفرق المختصة لتطوير شراكة طويلة الأمد.
