بدأ وزير خارجية الجمهورية التركية هاكان فيدان كلمته بالإشادة بالعلاقات التاريخية والروابط الإنسانية بين الشعبين التركي والسوري، ناقلاً تحيات رئيس الجمهورية التركية السيد رجب طيب أردوغان وأماني الشعب التركي بمستقبل مشرق لسوريا.
وقال وزير خارجية الجمهورية التركية هاكان فيدان: “نظام البعث الذي استمر 61 عاماً خلف وراءه معاناة كبيرة، ونحن هنا اليوم لنقف معكم في تحقيق تطلعاتكم”. وأضاف: “فرحكم فرحنا وحزنكم حزننا، ونحن فخورون بدعم الحق والوقوف إلى جانبكم”.
وأشار وزير خارجية الجمهورية التركية هاكان فيدان إلى أن سوريا تقف على أعتاب مستقبل واعد بعد سنوات مظلمة من الصراعات، معبراً عن دعمه للإدارة السورية في تحقيق الاستقرار، محاربة الإرهاب، تعزيز الاقتصاد، وضمان عودة اللاجئين السوريين إلى ديارهم. وقال: “هذا النصر نصركم، وسوريا اليوم أمام فرصة قوية لتحقيق السلام والاستقرار”.
وأكد وزير خارجية الجمهورية التركية هاكان فيدان على أهمية صياغة دستور جديد يحترم جميع مكونات المجتمع السوري ويضمن حقوق الأقليات. وقال: “الجميع يستحق العيش جنباً إلى جنب في عدالة وسلام، وهذا سيكون أعظم نجاح لسوريا الجديدة”.
وفيما يتعلق بإعادة تأهيل المؤسسات السورية، أوضح وزير خارجية الجمهورية التركية هاكان فيدان أن الجمهورية التركية مستعدة لتقديم الدعم الكامل للإدارة السورية في جميع الجوانب. وقال: ” رئيس الجمهورية التركية السيد رجب طيب أردوغان أصدر تعليماته بدعمكم في كل ما تحتاجونه لتحقيق النهوض. نحن هنا لنباشر مرحلة جديدة من البناء”.
