استقبل السيد الرئيس أحمد الشرع اتصالاً هاتفياً من الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون السبت 26 تموز.
وبحسب بيان نشرته رئاسة الجمهورية، تناول الاتصال مستجدات الوضع في سوريا وسبل دعم مسارات الاستقرار والحل السياسي، إلى جانب قضايا إقليمية ودولية ذات صلة.
وشدّد ماكرون خلال الاتصال على تمسك فرنسا بوحدة واستقلال وسيادة الجمهورية العربية السورية، معتبرًا أن استقرار سوريا يمثل ضرورة إقليمية وأولوية إنسانية.
كما عبّر ماكرون عن إدانته الشديدة للتصعيد الإسرائيلي الأخير والانتهاكات المستمرة للسيادة السورية، مؤكداً دعم فرنسا لوحدة الأراضي السورية وحصر السلاح بيد الدولة.
ودعا ماكرون الأطراف الدولية إلى عدم التدخل السلبي في الشأن السوري، مشدداً على ضرورة احترام سيادة الدولة السورية.
وأبدى ماكرون استعداد فرنسا لدعم سوريا في مرحلة إعادة الإعمار والتعافي، عبر مساهمات فنية وإنسانية، وتشجيع القطاع الخاص الفرنسي على العودة إلى السوق السورية تدريجياً.
وبدوره، عبّر السيد الرئيس أحمد الشرع عن تقديره للموقف الفرنسي المتوازن والداعم لحقوق السوريين في الأمن والسيادة والاستقرار.
كما رحّب الرئيس أحمد الشرع بأي مبادرات اقتصادية واستثمارية فرنسية تُسهم في إعادة إعمار سوريا وتوفير فرص العمل، خاصة في القطاعات الحيوية التي دمرتها الحرب، موضحاً أن سوريا منفتحة على التعاون مع كل من يسعى لدعمها، مشدداً على أن الاستثمار الدولي يجب أن يكون بوابة لتعزيز السلام لا أداة للابتزاز.
وتطرق السيد الرئيس إلى الأحداث الأخيرة في محافظة السويداء، مشيراً إلى أن ما يجري هو نتيجة لفوضى أمنية تقودها مجموعات مسلحة خارجة عن القانون، تتمرد على الدولة وتتنافس على النفوذ بقوة السلاح.
وأكد السيد الرئيس أحمد الشرع أن الدولة السورية لن تسمح باستمرار هذا الوضع، وستتحمل مسؤولياتها في فرض الأمن ومحاسبة مرتكبي الجرائم وتفعيل مؤسسات الدولة في المنطقة.
كما شدد السيد الرئيس على أن أي محاولات خارجية، خاصة من قبل إسرائيل، لاستغلال هذه الأوضاع أو التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية السورية مرفوضة كلياً، وأن السويداء جزء لا يتجزأ من الدولة السورية، وأهلها شركاء في بناء الوطن لا أداة لأي أجندة انفصالية أو تخريبية.
واتفق الرئيسان في ختام الاتصال على استمرار التنسيق وفتح قنوات حوار مشتركة لمتابعة الملفات الإنسانية والاقتصادية والسياسية، ضمن إطار يحترم السيادة السورية ويخدم مصلحة شعبها.
