أدانت تركيا بـ”أشد العبارات” الهجمات العسكرية الإسرائيلية التي تنتهك سيادة سوريا ووحدتها السياسية والجغرافية، والتي جرى توسيع نطاقها مؤخرا.
جاء ذلك في بيان صادر عن وزارة الخارجية، الثلاثاء، بخصوص الهجمات العسكرية الإسرائيلية على سوريا.
وأكدت الوزارة ضرورة ضمان وقف هذه الهجمات التي تقوض مساعي إرساء الأمن والاستقرار في سوريا والمنطقة.
كما شددت على أهمية مواصلة تقديم الدعم للحكومة السورية في جهودها الرامية لضمان السلام والرفاه في البلاد.
أيضا أكدت الخارجية مواصلة دعم رؤيتها لسوريا خالية من الإرهاب، وينعم شعبها بالأمن، وتحافظ على وحدة أراضيها، بما يتماشى مع التطلعات المشروعة للشعب السوري.
وخلال أغسطس/ آب الجاري، توغل الجيش الإسرائيلي أربع مرات في محافظة القنيطرة جنوب غربي سوريا، كان آخرها فجر الثلاثاء، قبل أن تعلن دمشق مقتل أحد مواطنيها في قصف إسرائيلي لمنزل.
ولم تشكل الإدارة السورية الجديدة، القائمة منذ أواخر ديسمبر/ كانون الأول 2024، أي تهديد لتل أبيب، ورغم ذلك توغل الجيش الإسرائيلي مرارا داخل سوريا، وشن غارات جوية قتلت مدنيين ودمرت مواقع وآليات عسكرية وأسلحة وذخائر للجيش السوري.
ومنذ 7 أشهر يحتل الجيش الإسرائيلي جبل الشيخ وشريطا أمنيا بعرض 15 كيلومترا في بعض المناطق جنوبي سوريا.
وتحتل إسرائيل منذ 1967 معظم مساحة هضبة الجولان السورية، واستغلت أحداث الإطاحة بنظام المخلوع بشار الأسد، أواخر 2024، ووسعت رقعة احتلالها.
