بحثَ وزيرُ الزراعة السوري أمجدُ بدر مع وفدِ اللجنة السورية الروسية المشتركة للتعاون التجاري والاقتصادي والتكنولوجي، تعزيزَ التعاون الزراعي وتحديثَ الاتفاقيات الموقعة بما يخدمُ مصالحَ البلدين خلال المرحلة القادمة.
وأشارَ الوزيرُ خلال اللقاء في دمشقَ إلى ما تعرّض له القطاعُ الزراعيُّ من أضرارٍ وتهجيرٍ قسريٍّ للفلاحين، مؤكداً استعدادَ سوريا للتعاون مع كافة الدول لإعادة الإعمار وتحقيق الاستقرار، ومشدداً على تطوير الإنتاج من الغراس المثمرة والحراجية، والثروة الحيوانية، والأعلاف، والبذار، وتأمين الأسمدة والمبيدات، والآلات الزراعية الحديثة، إلى جانب تبادل الأبحاث العلمية والخبرات وتأهيل الكوادر.
وأكدَ أعضاءُ الوفد الروسي عمقَ العلاقات التاريخية بين البلدين وحرصَهم على تطوير التعاون الزراعي، مع مراجعة الاتفاقيات السابقة وتحديثها وفق رؤية الحكومة السورية الحالية.
