وأشار عبد الباقي إلى أنّ مجموعاتٍ خارجةٍ عن القانون نفذت خروقاتٍ واعتداءاتٍ، مؤكّداً أنّ أيّ تسلّلٍ باتجاه عناصر الأمن سيتم الردّ عليه ضمن نطاقٍ ضيق لضبط الوضع، مشيراً إلى استمرار استغلال فلول النظام البائد وعصابات المخدرات للوضع في المحافظة.
وأكد أن الأجهزة الأمنية مستمرة في إرسال الرسائل الداعية للوقوف مع الدولة كضامنٍ للأمن والاستقرار.
