أعلن نائب قائد القوات البحرية في الحرس الثوري الإيراني، محمد أكبر زاده، أن مضيق هرمز أصبح تحت “السيطرة الكاملة” للقوات البحرية الإيرانية، وذلك بعد إعلان طهران حظر المرور في المضيق.
وفي تصريح لوكالة فارس الإيرانية، الأربعاء، قال أكبر زاده إن مرور سفن النفط والتجارة والصيد لم يعد ممكناً عبر المضيق، مشيراً إلى توجيه رسالة إلى حركة الملاحة العالمية تفيد بأن المنطقة تخضع لظروف حرب، وأن السفن قد تتعرض لأضرار من صواريخ أو طائرات مسيرة.
وأضاف أن أكثر من عشرة ناقلات نفط لم تلتزم بالتحذيرات وتم استهدافها بذخائر متنوعة، مؤكداً أن المضيق بات تحت سيطرة كاملة.
وكان مستشار القائد العام للحرس الثوري، إبراهيم جباري، قد أعلن في 2 آذار إغلاق المضيق أمام المرور، مهدداً باستهداف أي سفن تحاول العبور.
ويعد مضيق هرمز من أهم الممرات البحرية في العالم، إذ يمر عبره نحو 20 مليون برميل نفط يومياً، وشهدت حركة الملاحة فيه تراجعاً ملحوظاً مع تصاعد التوترات الإقليمية.
