استقبل أمير دولة قطر تميم بن حمد آل ثاني وزير الخارجية التركي هاكان فيدان في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة، يوم الخميس، وذلك على هامش زيارة رسمية يجريها فيدان إلى البلاد.
وخلال زيارته، أجرى فيدان عدة لقاءات، حيث التقى نائب رئيس الوزراء ووزير الدولة لشؤون الدفاع القطري سعود بن عبد الرحمن بن حسن آل ثاني، كما زار مقر قيادة القوات المشتركة القطرية التركية، في إطار تعزيز التعاون العسكري بين البلدين.
وفي سياق متصل، عقد فيدان مؤتمراً صحفياً مشتركاً في الدوحة مع نظيره القطري محمد بن عبد الرحمن آل ثاني، أكد خلاله أن تركيا تقف إلى جانب قطر، وترفض الهجمات التي تستهدف المدنيين والبنى التحتية.
وحذر من أن التصعيد العسكري في المنطقة يهدد استقرارها بشكل خطير، مشدداً على ضرورة وقف الهجمات وتجنب توسع الصراع. كما أشار إلى أن تركيا تواصل اتصالاتها مع مختلف الأطراف، بما فيها إيران والولايات المتحدة، من أجل احتواء الأزمة.
وأكد فيدان أن القضية الفلسطينية لا يجب أن تغيب عن اهتمام المجتمع الدولي، في ظل استمرار الانتهاكات في غزة والضفة الغربية والقدس.
وأشار إلى أن العلاقات بين تركيا وقطر تشهد تطوراً مستمراً في مختلف المجالات، خاصة في إطار الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين البلدين.
