ويأتي اللقاء ضمن الزيارة الرسمية التي يجريها الشيباني إلى المملكة العربية السعودية، والتي تتضمن سلسلة من اللقاءات مع مسؤولين سعوديين لبحث العلاقات الثنائية وسبل تعزيز التعاون في مختلف المجالات.
