أصدر وزير الاقتصاد والصناعة السوري نضال الشعار، اليوم الإثنين 27 تموز ، قراراً بإعادة تشكيل مجلس الأعمال السوري الإيطالي عن الجانب السوري، في إطار تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي بين البلدين ودعم الشراكات الاستثمارية.
وبموجب القرار، يضم المجلس نهاد محمد الحاج صالح رئيساً، وفراس شماس ومعاذ طهماز نائبين للرئيس، وإياد بيتنجانة أميناً عاماً، ومازن بختياري مديراً تنفيذياً.
وأكد القرار أن المجلس سيعمل وفق النظام الأساسي لمجالس الأعمال السورية المشتركة، وأنه الجهة الوحيدة المعتمدة عن الجانب السوري في العلاقة مع الجانب الإيطالي، فيما يتولى المجلس السوري لتنسيق مجالس الأعمال متابعة أعماله وضمان انسجامها مع الأولويات الاقتصادية الوطنية.
كما نص القرار على إلغاء التشكيل السابق للمجلس، في إطار تنظيم عمل مجالس الأعمال المشتركة وتوسيع آفاق التعاون التجاري والاستثماري مع إيطاليا.
