انطلقت اليوم الإثنين 27 تموز في فندق داما روز بدمشق أعمال الورشة الوطنية لمراجعة مسودة مشروع مدونة السلوك القضائي، بمشاركة رئيس المحكمة الدستورية العليا، ورئيس مجلس الدولة، وعدد من الوزراء والقضاة والخبراء وممثلي المنظمات المجتمعية والنقابية، بهدف مناقشة المشروع بصورة تشاركية وتعزيز مبادئ استقلال القضاء والنزاهة والشفافية.
وأكد وزير العدل مظهر الويس أن مدونة السلوك القضائي ليست أداةً لمراقبة القاضي أو مساءلته، وإنما تهدف إلى حمايته وصون استقلاله وسمعته، موضحاً أن إعدادها استغرق عاماً كاملاً، وأنها تشكل منطلقاً للحوار قبل اعتمادها وإدراجها ضمن برامج تدريب القضاة.
من جانبه، شدد رئيس محكمة النقض أنس السليمان على أن استقلال القضاء ونزاهته وكفاءته تمثل الركائز الأساسية لنجاح المؤسسة القضائية، مؤكداً دعمه لاعتماد مدونة ملزمة للسلوك القضائي.
بدوره، أوضح رئيس المحكمة الدستورية العليا عصام الخليف أن المدونة تمثل المرجعية الأخلاقية للعمل القضائي، بينما يشكل التفتيش القضائي الآلية الرقابية لضمان الالتزام بها، مع التأكيد على عدم استخدامها وسيلة للضغط على القضاة.
كما أكد النائب العام للجمهورية حسان التربة أن المدونة تعزز استقلال القضاء وثقة المجتمع به، في حين أشار وزير التنمية الإدارية حسان السكاف إلى أن بناء مؤسسات دولة قوية يبدأ بقضاء نزيه ومستقل، وأن القيمة الحقيقية للمدونة ستظهر عند تطبيقها على أرض الواقع.
وتأتي هذه الورشة ضمن جهود تطوير المنظومة القضائية وترسيخ مبادئ العدالة والشفافية في سوريا.
