أعلنت إدارة مكافحة المخدرات في وزارة الداخلية السورية تنفيذ عملية أمنية في محافظة طرطوس، أسفرت عن إلقاء القبض على شخصين يُشتبه بامتهانهما الاتجار بالمواد المخدرة وترويجها، وذلك بعد متابعة دقيقة لتحركاتهما ورصد نشاطهما.
وأوضحت الإدارة أن العملية أسفرت عن ضبط سبعةٍ وعشرين كيلوغرامًا من مادة الحشيش المخدرة، وخمسةِ آلافِ حبة كبتاغون، ومواد مخدرة أخرى، إضافة إلى أسلحة وذخائر كانت بحوزة الموقوفين.
وأكدت الإدارة مصادرة جميع المضبوطات، واستكمال التحقيقات والإجراءات القانونية بحق الموقوفين، تمهيدًا لإحالتهما إلى القضاء المختص.
وأشارت إلى أن هذه العملية تأتي ضمن الجهود المستمرة لملاحقة تجار ومروجي المخدرات، وتفكيك الشبكات المتورطة في الاتجار بها، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقهم.
