استقبل مركز بالان دوكان للتزلج بولاية أرضروم شمال شرق تركيا، 118 ألف سائح محلي وأجنبي خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأولى من العام الجاري 2023.
وفي تصريح للأناضول، قال نوح شنول، رئيس منطقة شمال شرق الأناضول التابعة لرابطة وكالات السفر التركية، إن موسم التزلج في المركز بدأ في ديسمبر/ كانون الأول الفائت.
وأوضح أن الزلزال الذي ضرب جنوب البلاد في السادس من فبراير/ شباط الماضي، أثر سلبا على إقبال السياح المحليين والأجانب على المركز.
وأضاف أنه رغم الآثار السلبية الناجمة عن الزلزال، فإن الإقبال على مركز بالان دوكان فاق الإقبال الذي شهدته المراكز الأخرى مثل أرجيس وأولوداغ وقرتال قايا.
ولفت إلى أن السياح الروس كانوا الأكثر توافدا للمركز خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأولى من العام الجاري، تلاهم إيران وسياح من منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
ويعتبر المركز واحدًا من أهم الوجهات السياحية الشتوية في تركيا، ويتيح لزواره فرصة الاستمتاع بالتزلج بفضل مساراته المتعددة على مسافات طويلة.
ويفوق ارتفاع المركز 2000 متر فوق سطح البحر، وتستمر أنشطة الرياضات الشتوية على منحدراته لمدة أربعة أشهر في السنة.
ويمكن للمبتدئين ممارسة التزلج في المركز بثمانية مسارات تتراوح بين سهلة ومتوسطة المستوى، إضافة إلى ثلاثة أخرى متقدمة المستوى للمحترفين والهواة البارعين.
