أجرى وفد سوري مشارك في مؤتمر منظمة المدن المتحدة والإدارات المحلية – فرع الشرق الأوسط وغرب آسيا، زيارة إلى والي قونية إبراهيم أكن ورئيس بلدية قونية الكبرى إبراهيم ألتاي، لبحث سبل التعاون بين الإدارات المحلية السورية والتركية.
وضم الوفد كلاً من محافظ إدلب محمد عبد الرحمن، ومحافظ حماة عبد الرحمن السهيان، ونائب محافظ دمشق مصعب بدوي، ورئيس الوحدات الإدارية في اللاذقية علي عاصي، ورئيس الوحدات الإدارية في حلب محمد علي العزيز.
وتناول اللقاء تعزيز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات بين الإدارات المحلية في البلدين، بما يسهم في تطوير العمل البلدي ورفع كفاءة الخدمات وفتح آفاق جديدة للتنسيق في مجالات التنمية المحلية.
