بحثت وزيرة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل هند قبوات , اليوم الثلاثاء ,مع المدير العام لمنظمة العمل الدولية جيليبرت هونغبو سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك في مجالي التدريب والتشغيل، وذلك على هامش أعمال الدورة الـ114 لمؤتمر العمل الدولي المنعقد في مدينة جنيف السويسرية.
وتناول اللقاء أولويات التعاون خلال المرحلة الحالية، بما في ذلك اتفاقيات العمل، ووضع استراتيجيات للتشغيل والتدريب المهني، إضافة إلى تنظيم ورش عمل متخصصة تهدف إلى تأهيل الكوادر والعمال ورفع كفاءة سوق العمل.
وأكد الجانبان أهمية تطوير برامج التدريب والتأهيل المهني بما يواكب متطلبات سوق العمل ويسهم في تعزيز فرص التشغيل ودعم التنمية الاقتصادية.
